Picturelife App Reviews

Picture Life was an awesome app until Streamlife messed it up. They made it very buggy and even useless. It doesnt display pictures quickly like the old Picture Life once did and sometimes it wont display them at all. Even the Windows upload program crashes more often than not. I am finding that I use Picture Life less and less now and using the Amazon photo app more and more. In fact as Picture Life has been getting worse, the Amazon photo app is improving with each update.

They have not updated in seven months and it is a complete disaster

Been long awaiting Picturelife/Streamnation to fix their iOS app so I could view my Albums.

WARNING! Super frustrated and really sad. Went back through my photos and most of them are just blank colored squares. They say "not authorized" and I can no longer view them. Ive emailed support and havent heard anything from them. Ill delete this if they can fix it. Really sad. This is where Ive kept photos from my phone for 2 years.

Recently they sold their company. From the moment the new company took over Picturelife stopped working. All your pictures that were backed up are no longer viewable. Do not trust this app. I have sent service requests and they respond that they know about the problem but they dont know how to fix it. Do not trust this app with your memories. All the new company did was increase prices and break the working app.

I was surprised to read so many negative reviews. Ive been a user for years (over 100K pictures backed up) and still love the app and its features. Memories is great, I wish they added a better date search function for Timeline. Also, a better way to reconcile pics from different sources (original vs. Facebook version for instance) would be nice.

Slowest loading app ever. Half the photos never uploaded and many that did are upside down or sideways. Lots of empty gray squares where photos should be. Customer support is non-responsive, replying to my emails with my original email to them. Do not trust your photos to this app unless you want to lose them. If I could give Picturelife zero stars I would.

Picturelife was one of my favorite apps. The passion of the founders and their team was evident in the app and its experience. Their customer support was top notch. Selling Picturelife to Streamnation was the deathblow to this app. Uploading is unreliable, sync between devices equally unreliable and customer support spotty at best. I mourn the passing of Picturelife as we know it.

Seems to be pretty much abandoned. Slow and unreliable. Support is unresponsive.

Ever since they sold the company, Ive been unable to view my 40,000 photos/videos and customer support hasnt responded in MONTHS.
