Ive had this app for years and they had awesome customer service. Now I cannot reach customer service and Ive lost a lot of stuff Ive entrusted to them. Especially videos. I REPEAT do not trust this company with your memories. Theyve got some work to do.

Aesthetically pleasing app, but its limited on what the app can do vs. what the desktop version can do. Also experiencing some glitches when I view my timeline. No picture, only displaying colored lines. Please fix.

Nice way to keep my photos stored on my phone while being able to decrease my storage space. However, it hasnt opened in weeks and Im about to delete it once I move all my photos onto my computer. Not impressed. :/

After uploading my videos (super precious videos of my niece) to picturelife, I wandered back a couple days later to find them 100% GONE. As I had checked and rechecked they were there the previous day (including making sure the space alloted had increased from 0 MB), I deleted them from my phone. Customer service was friendly but ultimately unhelpful. Go elsewhere--this app is simply unable to reliably do what it is supposedly designed to do.

This app/service is the best you can get for your pictures. Most people take 100s or 1000s of pictures, store them away, and never look at them again. The "memories" feature of this app helps you go back and relive moments from years past, which is the best thing that has happened to my photos......they are no longer lonely, just collecting dust in a hard drive!

I can free up space on my phone by using picture life and its easy to use. Love it

Hands down the best photo app around. Backs up and organizes my raw photos, jpegs, videos, silly iPhone pics, and the scanned photos of my yesteryear- and those gorgeous and very previous vintage photos of my grandparents! I love using the private links to securely share my favorite memories. The search feature is such a fun way to find photos. Oh and the new iOS app? Wow its stunning. Not to mention the Picturelife team is amazing! Theyre so responsive and creative. I feel like Im part of the development process and they listen to my feedback. All around two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Picturelife is a beautiful way to view, sort, and share all my photos. It handles all the photos on my device as well as the ones synced from my computer and social networks. Having everything in one place in an app the presents everything efficiently and beautiful is amazing. Compared with the built-in photos app, this one is the bomb dot com and dot biz. I recommend it!!

I use Dropbox and Facebook, but this makes it so easy to save all my pictures in one place. The privacy settings are A+, sharing with friends is a snap, and the whole service is beautiful.

The app is great as is the service overall. Definitely check these guys out.

This app really blew me away. The map view alone is amazing. Great concept for showing your photos and I LOVE getting an email with a picture I took on this day...but a year or more ago.

Absolutely outstanding service. This has freed me from worrying about backing up my pictures and syncing them across devices. A great company with outstanding customer service.

This service is phenomenal. Without Picturelife there would be so many photos that I wouldnt ever look at. They would be buried. But the memories that are brought to the forefront through Picturelife are really wonderful to experience. My family has gotten immense value out of it.

We love using Picturelife because it gives me the reassurance of photo backup and a great way to look at past photos we might never really see again.

Amazons new cloud photo service has free unlimited storage. Until you guys can compete with FREE, Ill have to switch to Amazon.

After years of losing photos Im excited to now know that each time I snap a photo with my iPhone or Nikon V1 the memory will be securely stored safely on Picturelifes servers. This iOS app combined with the Desktop and Web app give me the ability to make sure my memories are always easily accessible.

Amazing app. I got the unlimited storage. It is awesome to be able to carry all of my photos in my pocket. Btw, do not even try to compare amazons app. This is so much better.

I have the unlimited space. The program is buggy and often “looses” your pictures. It has been failing to load pictures for 2 weeks, I have contacted customer service 5 times, no response. FLICKR is FREE and I am considering going back to it.

Within minutes of using, signed up for unlimited storage plan after comparing (and using) dozens of photo services - flickr, dropbox/carousel, onedrive, icloud, google, everpix, etc, etc. Allows: -Photo-driven interface -Video. No duration limit (like flickr), so I can put baby videos oneline (walking, bitthdays, etc) -Autoupload from iphone (unlike onedrive, current flickr, and most others) -Leaves photostream intact (unlike carousel). And not a slave to apple. -Desktop pc to upload the thousands of pictures on my pc. -Ability to download from cloud (via months zips) -Integration with other services - flickr, amazon, facebook) to import more pictures/albums -Smart duplicate detection (very helpful since I have created duplicates of trips/baby pics), timeline creation -Compatible with digital picture frames (nixplayer, for family/grandparents) -Timeline of ALL my photos, viewable and downloadable from my iphone. -Integrates all my pc, phone, digital camera, screenshots, backups, and other online services into one spot. -Sharing and security -Web interface (like Flickr) that is top notch (unlike amorphous icloud) -EVERYTHING is finally safe online

Apple and/or Google could learn a lot from these guys. Instead of stumbling around with their own fails photo apps, they should gobble these folks up! Gave it five stars although the deduping could be improved on massive collections. I’m sure this is a challenge for any app. Keep it up people.
